Are there additional costs?
No! What you see is what you get. The costs are all upfront with no hidden fees or “In-app” purchases.
Support Included?
Yes! Support is included. We offer email support through our website that takes anywhere from 24-48hrs. to respond. You also get access to our growing list of FAQ questions listed here.
What about Refunds?
We do not provide refunds for our online software or downloadable purchases.
Can I buy in bulk for my school or classroom?
Yes! You can buy as many seats of the Linxus software as you wish. To do this, you must first contact us with the form below. Please explain what courses you would like to purchase and how many seats/users you would like in each course. We will send you a form to complete for purchasing. Once the transaction has been made, the students will be registered and enrolled in the appropriate courses.
Do I need to install any software?
No! You do not need to install any software to use the Linxus product. The courses are cloud based/browser based software that does not require any installation.
Are there answer keys for the instructors?
Yes! Each course has a corresponding answer key that you can purchase separately. Simply visit the shop or “Enroll Now” page to find view all available answer keys.
