LINXUS TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Linxus, the Student Development Software (hereinafter the owner of the software is referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). Before you begin to use our Software, please take a moment to review these Terms of Use (“Agreement”) which is a legal agreement. The Agreement describes the Terms and Conditions you must agree to before you use of our software and the services provided through or in connection with our software (collectively, “Service”). These terms may be updated and changed by us from time to time by posting the same on our software without further notice to you. Continued use of our Software or Services after posting the changes or modifications constitutes an acceptance by you of the changes or modification. You must agree with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement and the posted Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), which is incorporated by reference, before you use the Software or Service. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below, you may not use or access our Software or the Service. In addition you must be 18 years of age, a United States Citizen and possess the legal authority to enter into an agreement to use our software.

1. SOFTWARE DISCLOSURE.
This software has been developed by Mobius Learning from commonly held beliefs and topics that in no way are associated with any other authors, books, softwares, or software. It is a collection of topics, research, opinions, and best practices that are commonly held to be concepts that lead to student development. The software does not guarantee positive changes in student behavior, but it is generally thought that by following these concepts the student will improve. It would be impossible for Mobius Learning to predict how each student will respond to these concepts

2. USER AGREEMENT.
By using this Software, you agree to be bound by and to comply with these Terms of Use and the posted Privacy Policy which is incorporated stated within our software. You understand and agree that we have exclusive rights to the content and the content will not be distributed in any form except in the manner intended. We shall not be responsible for any service interruptions that may inadvertently occur. Your use of the software is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Our Software and Services are void where prohibited.

3. YOUR REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES.
